Your first visit includes a physician consultation to help customize a diet and exercise plan specifically designed to help you lose weight.
We will give you a food diary and go over it with you each visit to hold you accountable to sticking with it. We teach you how to create good habits not only for losing weight and keeping it off, but for being healthy as well
